740 hours on ZERO TIME FACTORY REBULT ENGINES

Only the factory can zero-time an engine. These Continental L/TSIO-360 engines were factory rebuilt/remanufactured and installed on the plane in October of 2012 and came with zero-time logbooks. Since then I have put about 750 gentle hours on them with no problem at all. I typically run at 75% or less (30″MP & 2300 RPM) and 11.8 GPH per engine which give me a TAS of about 165 knots. Utilizing the JPI engine monitor I keep my cylinder head temps at or below 380 degrees.

These engines are equipped with the Merlyn Black Magic Upper Deck Controllers allowing automatic variable turbo wastegate operation and providing 100% BHP through 20,000′. In addition, each engine has been fitted with Gami injectors providing tuned fuel flow and the ability to operate LOP.

Left turbo charger was removed and shipped to Main Turbo for inspection, repair and operational checks on 3/10/2015 and reinstalled on aircraft.
